If full payment is not received within the specified time frame, Voyya Journeys reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit any advance payments made.

Payment Term Policy

Refunds are processed after deducting cancellation charges and taxes. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
A non-refundable fee of ₹500 (domestic) or ₹800 (international) plus fare difference applies per passenger for amendments.
Cancellation requests made within 3 hours (domestic) or 4 hours (international) of departure are handled directly by the airlines. No cancellations are accepted for checked-in tickets.
